Tiffe Fermaint is a multi-seven-figure Shopify founder, creative director, and growth strategist with more than two decades of experience across fashion, film, and retail. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, Tiffe began her career working on television and film sets before moving into visual merchandising, traveling nationwide with H&M to lead major store openings—including the Caesars Palace flagship, the largest in the world at the time. Her work earned company-wide recognition for Best Looking Store, and she later held visual leadership roles with Urban Outfitters and Target, where she helped transform underperforming $51-million annual stores into top-ranking locations through layout, storytelling, and operational strategy.

In 2013, Tiffe founded Baby Teith, a children’s clothing brand inspired by music culture and motherhood. Built from her kitchen table while raising her daughter, the brand grew into a multi-seven-figure Shopify business, earning multiple Phoenix Best Of awards and cultivating a devoted community around creativity, nostalgia, and connection. Along the way, she developed deep expertise in email marketing, Meta advertising, influencer partnerships, social growth strategy, and brand-rep programs—consistently achieving up to 5x ROAS and helping clients grow audiences and revenue, including scaling an email list from zero to 3,000 subscribers in one month.

Her own fashion label earned Phoenix New Times’ Best Fashion Designer, and her work across local Phoenix businesses and national retailers has delivered measurable growth, often increasing store revenue by 20 percent or more.

Today, through Tiffe Co., she helps founders bring clarity and consistency to their marketing with simple, repeatable systems. Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that great brands succeed when creativity is supported by structure—when founders have a clear plan, strong foundations, and the confidence to stay true to their vision instead of chasing trends.
